We design solar tube wells for irrigation, drinking water supply schemes, and drainage pumping systems. Our team designs water pumping systems from 1HP to 50HP. Since inception, we have designed and installed solar tube wells in Punjab, KPK, and Merge districts FATA.

By using solar tube wells, farmer can reduce their electricity bills and diesel expenses. They can convert their diesel engines to electric motors for the utilization of solar energy.

Our Scope of Work:

We offer the following services before and after the design and installation of solar tube wells.

1. Site Survey/ Feasibility/ Assessment:

Our team collects the following data during the survey and assessment of the solar tube well.

 2. Design and Cost Estimation:

We design the solar tube well on existing data collected from site or mentioned by the customers. The solar system is to be designed in such a way as to ensure a minimum of 6 hours of irrigation. The solar panel VFD,  submersible/monoblack machine, manual tracker, and other accessories are the main parts of our solar tube wells.

The cost of our solar tube wells depends upon the HP. The bigger the HP the more will be the cost. HP depends upon water table depth and the discharge required by the former.

3. Installation and Commissioning:

To calculate the horsepower of  a solar tube well there are two main factors:

  1. The discharge (Later per second) 
  2. Suction Head (Meter)

The horsepower of the tube well is directly proportional to the discharge and also directly proportional to the suction head. The formula for estimated horsepower is: 

HP= {Discharge x Head} / { Motor Efficiency / Pump Efficiency }

Where
Discharge = LPS

Head = Meter

Motor Efficiency = 75% to 85%

Pump Efficiency =  55% to 65%
