Refund and Returns Policy

We aim for 100% of our customers to be satisfied with our solar installation services or our product. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility:

You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Refundable Items:

Custom orders, installed equipment, and opened lithium batteries are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items:

Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

Refund Process:

Once the item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was delivered defective.
