You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Custom orders, installed equipment, and opened lithium batteries are non-refundable.
Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
Once the item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was delivered defective.
