High Efficiency Irrigation System Installation in all Pakistan

Essence engineering private limited has more than 16 years of experience in the High-efficiency irrigation system. It is also known as a pressurized irrigation system OR modern irrigation system. We have the design expertise of more than 50,000 acres of high-efficiency irrigation systems which include the following types of irrigation systems.

1. Drip Irrigation System

2. Sprinkler irrigation system

Our scope of work

Essence engineering private limited offers

1. Survey and feasibility

Which include the following services

2. Design and Estimation:

We have the capability to design a comprehensive system of pressurized irrigation which fulfills the requirements of our clients. We design irrigation systems that may have zero operation cost like drip irrigation systems or an impact irrigation system powered by a solar system. The higher the initial cost the lower or zero will be the operation cost.

The design of a system is a high impact of the install as well as the operational cost of an irrigation system, here is the essence engineering private limited is the key to enter in the world of high efficiency irrigation system. From five acres of land to a 500 acre of land, our company can provide. In our design we work carefully about the class of the pipe and the head or pressure a pipe can sustain. Usually, we use B class for 4 and 3 inches of pipes which absorb a pressure of up to 6 bars. The pipe size is less than 4 inches and we use class C & D of PVC pipe.

For hard strata like mountains we used HDPE pipe with quick couplers. For ammeters we used pressure compensating drippers which are incorporated with a diaphragm to dissipate the high pressure.

The dripline we use in the drip irrigation system is 16mm dia with 1.2mm thickness and 12mm dia with 1.0mm thickness for plain dripline. In integrated dripline the emitter spacing is 30cm with 16mm diameter and 1.0mm to 0.9mm thickness. All the driplines are highly ultraviolet protected.

In the services we provide in sprinkler irrigation or landscape irrigation all the inventory is imported of valuable brands. These systems include manual operated, semi automated and fully automatic valve controlled systems.  The rain gun wetted radius ranges from 25m to 62m depending upon pressure provided by the head unit.

The center pivot and hose reel irrigation system for a BIG agricultural field is also a part of our services.

3. Installation and Commissioning:

Our installation team of irrigation technicians is highly trained and experienced. In the installation phase, our field engineer provides the layout according to the drawing and specifications. Material is verified by the consultant or client to ensure the quality and quantities of the subject project, our installation is comprised of the following steps:

In the commissioning of the system we ensure the required pressure, discharge of dripper and wetted radius of the rain gun. We committed to provide uniform precipitations and uniform infiltration rate in all types of soil.

4. After sale services

In our after sales services we offer

to the questions people ask us about the most.

A high-efficiency irrigation system is designed to minimize water use and waste while maximizing the effectiveness of watering plants. These systems use advanced technologies and techniques to deliver water precisely where and when it is needed.

  • Water Conservation: Reduced water usage through efficient delivery.
  • Cost Savings: Lower water bills and reduced energy costs.
  • Healthier Plants: Optimal water distribution promotes healthier plant growth.
  • Environmental Impact: Reduced runoff and soil erosion, contributing to environmental sustainability.

Automation: Advanced systems often include automated controls, saving time and labor.

    • Drip Irrigation: Delivers water directly to the plant roots through a network of tubes, emitters, and valves.
    • Sprinkler Systems: Uses sprinklers that are designed for uniform water distribution and minimal evaporation.
    • Subsurface Irrigation: Delivers water directly to the root zone below the soil surface.
Smart Irrigation Controllers: Use weather data, soil moisture sensors, and other inputs to adjust watering schedules automatically.

Drip irrigation systems deliver water directly to the soil at the base of plants through a network of tubes, emitters, and valves. This method reduces evaporation and runoff, ensuring that water reaches the plant roots more efficiently.

Smart irrigation controllers use real-time weather data, soil moisture levels, and other environmental factors to adjust watering schedules and amounts automatically. They help ensure that plants receive the right amount of water at the right time, reducing waste.

  • Soil Type: Different soils have varying water retention capacities.
  • Plant Types: Different plants have different water needs.
  • Climate: Local weather patterns and climate conditions.
  • Water Source: Availability and quality
  • System Components: Selection of appropriate emitters, valves, controllers, and sensors. of water.

The cost varies based on the size of the area to be irrigated, the type of system, and the complexity of installation. On average, a drip irrigation system can cost between $1,500 and $3,000 per acre, while smart controllers range from $100 to $300 per unit.

  • Regular Inspections: Check for leaks, clogs, and wear.
  • Filter Cleaning: Clean filters periodically to prevent blockages.
  • Emitter Checks: Ensure emitters are functioning correctly.
  • Seasonal Adjustments: Adjust the system for seasonal changes in weather.
  • System Flushing: Periodically flush the system to remove debris and buildup.

Yes, high-efficiency irrigation systems can be used for a variety of applications, including residential gardens, commercial landscapes, agricultural fields, and municipal parks.

  • Water Conservation: Reduced water use helps conserve this precious resource.
  • Reduced Runoff: Minimizes water runoff and soil erosion.
  • Lower Energy Use: Reduced pumping and treatment costs for water.
  • Improved Soil Health: Minimizes waterlogging and soil compaction.

Yes, high-efficiency irrigation systems can be used for a variety of applications, including residential gardens, commercial landscapes, agricultural fields, and municipal parks.

Weather-based controllers, also known as evapotranspiration (ET) controllers, adjust irrigation schedules based on local weather conditions, such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, and solar radiation. They aim to match water application with plant needs, reducing over- and under-watering

Yes, many local and state governments, as well as water agencies, offer rebates and incentives for installing high-efficiency irrigation systems. These programs aim to encourage water conservation and the use of sustainable practices.

With proper maintenance, high-efficiency irrigation systems can last for 10 to 15 years or more. Key components like emitters and controllers may require replacement or upgrades over time.

Yes, many high-efficiency components, such as smart controllers and drip lines, can be retrofitted into existing irrigation systems to enhance their efficiency and performance.
